If you decide to apply to be a contributor on (or participate in) any of our programmes we may ask you to provide us with personal information which may include your name, address, postcode, email address, date of birth and telephone number. Depending on the nature of the programme, we may also ask you to provide us with sensitive personal information which may include your political opinions, religious beliefs and information about your physical or mental health.

If you decide to visit and use our website, Roxo.tv, we may collect information about your computer and about your visit (including your IP address and geographical location and any other information that you may choose to send us).
If you use our website (or third party data collection services we may use including but not limited to to GoogleForms / JotForm etc) and provide personal information (name, e-mail, phone number, address etc) you consent to Us using your information.
